Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services.

Refund Policy
  • We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
  • In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we don't refund the paid amount but can provide with a complementary service.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, in cash, by chaque or any other media available and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
  • If any product of third party, purchased from us will fall under the condition of manufacturers. We only accept the product back if it is not tempered.
  • Cancellation of service is mandatory within 3 working days of service booking otherwise no refund will be preceded.
